Some Bass caught this year (2007)
3 double figure bass a
10lb'er for Jon Wats, Will clark had one of 11lb 8oz, both anglers from
Southampton. Terry Allen of Southbourn also had one of 13lb 4oz. All
the bass were caught on live mackerel in Poole Bay using 7\0
hook, running leder and long flowing trace.
